Summary of Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, and training employees.
- Executes and maintain schedules that reflect business needs while maintaining labour expense
- Maintaining a safe and welcoming work environment.
- Developing personal growth opportunities.
- Oversee the day to day operations of the store
- Process Payroll
- Conducts monthly inventory counts and maintains product levels.
- Ensures staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
- Coaching and performance manage employees; developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
- Establishes strategic goals by gathering pertinent business, financial, service, and operations information; identifying and evaluating trends and opportunities; choosing a course of action; defining objectives; evaluating outcomes.
- Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems; identifying trend.
- Ensures all staff are aware of new marketing and operations initiatives and department updates.
- Contributes to the structure by supporting our Booster Juice “Brand Promise”

Manager Skills and Qualifications
- Previous training experience
- 5+ years’ experience as a Manager
- Strong customer service background and communication skills
- Ability to learn and bring 'out of box' ideas to the team
- Self-starter with the ability to motivate
- Genuine enthusiasm and tendency in serving people
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills through the ability to analyze and implement solutions
- Ability to work flexible hours, days, nights and weekends
- High level of business acumen
- Valid Driver’s License or transportation
- Food Safe certified recommended

Salary: $14.00-$16.00 per hour
