South Winnipeg Integrated Health and Social Services (SWIHSS) is the partnership of Victoria General Hospital and Fort Garry/ River Heights community health and social services offered by the WRHA and the Department of Families, Government of Manitoba. The partnership is intended to strengthen the client and patients services across the continuum of care.
